Our story
Welcome to The Meadow Mage! This was a dream convergence of my love of flowers with luxurious body care 'essentials'. Throughout history a mage has been symbolized as a mystical healer who conjures magical powers from nature to fortify those around her. So what better description could there be for my love of lotions, potions, and floral devotions than that of a Meadow Mage?
Conjuring mischief has always been a natural talent of mine, but, instead of the cauldron or broomstick that became standard operating gear in the corporate world, I'm now focusing on the healing side of mischievous fun of handcrafted creations for those I adore.
I've found that growing flowers is nature's 'Xanax' for the busy mind and making lotion is a healing salve for the soul. You were invited to join us here because you must like a little bit of mystical mischief yourself if we are connected through a passion of nature and self-care. Meadow in Motion
Nothing breaks the winter blues like knowing it is time for seed starting in Indiana and Colorado. We grow a variety of flowers and annual vines to sell as plant starts and bouquets. Then we harvest the open-pollinated seeds in fall to start the process all over again for next year. The goal this year is to grow enough stock to add our own flowers to lotions and salves in the near future. Our list of plant starts and seeds will be available soon.
